Should I put all the skills and participations in my personal statement?

It is necessary to understand that a personal statement should mainly focus on your achievements and the skills which helped you achieve them. This is what makes the admission panel consider you as an asset. Participations are definitely important to be mentioned in the personal statement so as to exhibit your broad horizon of interests and your enthusiasm, but there is no need to include details of those participations; that just makes the personal statement unnecessarily long and monotonous. Thus, giving a brief mention about those participations should be good enough.
