Paper 2 is about two things: prowess with the language and structural strategy. To acquire linguistic ability, it is necessary to practice writing text in Spanish at least twice a week. The only way that one can begin to be more at ease with words and sentence structure is simply to practice again and again, especially with hard topics.
Linguistic ability is only a stepping stone to getting a 6 or a 7. To maximise your grade you need a good exam strategy. In order to get the best marks, I would always recommend to write an argumentative text on Paper 2 (texto argumentativo); basically a short essay.
The good thing about the argumentative text is that it's formulaic and very easy to write, as long as you always keep the question in mind. It is easy to remember the structure of an argumentative text, and you can use any sensible examples to support your argument, even if they are made up.
An argumentative text that uses a balanced structure and exhibits your comfort with the Spanish language (insofar as is required for B-level), will always score 6s and 7s.
