How should I structure an essay?

First, you need to give a brief introduction proving you understand the question and outlining your points and your argument. Each paragraph should then be a point of your argument, where you state your point, explain why you think that, giving evidence and then analysing whether the argument is strong or weak and why. I would recommend 2 paragraphs on one side of the argument, then 2 stating the counter-argument and analysing that. Finally, you should conclude by outlining what you have discussed and stating which side fo the argument you agree with after having analysed the information.
