How can I remember the order to place object pronouns in when a sentence has more than one?

There is an order to object pronouns that has a diagram you can write out or say in your head to place each object pronoun in the sentence. Me Te       Le    Lui    y   en Se       La   Leur Nous   Les Vous So for example: "Je donnerai ces fleurs à mon ami" with object pronouns in correct order becomes "Je les lui donnerai". Or "J'ai quelques livres chez moi." -> "J'y en ai quelques-uns."
