Explain why fatigue may occur and state the negative effect that it can have on a performer (2)

Firstly i will explain how to anser the question: The question clearly states that you must explain why fatigue occurs and the effect of fatigue on a permfomer. This means on the mark scheme there is 1 mark for each points. I would strongly reccomend making atleast 2 points for each as this will increase chance of marks. Answer: Fatigue may occur due to over exertion of the muscles, prolonged physical activity or the build-up of lactic acid. This can negatively impact upon the performer as it can lead to a loss in concentration, the performer may be substituted and may also lead to the performer to make unforced errors
