Can you explain how insulin levels change during exercise

Insulin is a hormore secreted by the pancreas, and its basic function is to make blood sugar (glucose), be absorbed into the body. Now we can imagine that this happens when the blood sugar is too high, because thats why it makes sense for the body to lower the blood sugar by taking glucose (sugar) out of the blood and into the body. So therefore insulin levels are increased when we eat a meal, and the sugar from the meal goes into our blood and increases the blood sugar level.

During exercise, insulin levels need to drop, so that sugar can be transported around the body in the blood.
