Example Oral Question: Was hast du letztes Wochenende gemacht?

Zum Beispiel: Letztes Wochenende bin ich mit meinen Freunden ins Cafe gegangen, um Kaffee zu trinken, und mit einander zu reden. Das hat mir gut gefallen, weil wir sehr gut mit einander auskommen.

=auf Englisch: Last week I went with my friends to a cafe to drink coffe and talk with each other. I enjoyed it because we get on well with each other.

Key Points:

-use of perfect tense form of "gehen" with "sein" as auxilary verb

-use of um...zu clause

-use of subordinate clause with "weil"

-use of dative verb "gefallen"
