La differenza tra "HA" e "A" ; The difference between "HA" and "A"

There is a big difference between "HA" and "A". Many people still do this mistake, even italians.
"HA" with the H is the verb "To have" whereas "A" without H is the preposition "to". Through many sentences the students should be able to understand the meaning of the phrase and therefore understand which one put in the gap.

examples:

  1. Sono andato ____ Roma  ( = I went TO Rome and therefore A)
  2. Luca ___ 2 cani e un gatto (= Luca HAS 2 dogs and 1 cat )
