How to write a 'One effect question?'

GSCE examiners want to see a progression of thought and evidence of argument within these questions. Therefore the best way to tackle this would be to use connective words such as 'the fact that'.......'meant that'........'and as a result lead to'. By using this method you ensure full coverage of 4 points in order to obtain maximum marks through the regimented structure. This also shows that your sentences are linked rather than separate entities.
