All used when analysing poems, plays and prose (novels)
Language
This is the type of words that are used (eg metaohors, similes, alliteration, onamatopoeia) and the effect that they have on the reader - what do they make you think of?
Form
The type of text (eg is it a play, prose or poem?) and also the features of this type of text (eg rhyming, different perspectives, stage directions). This then needs to be linked to the writers intentions - why did they use this type of text?
Structure
The order of events within the text - what happens at the start, at the end and in the middle. Also looking at the order of individual sentences (sentence structure), and why the writer uses this to present their ideas.
Form and structure are often easily confused, but s long as you cover aspects of all three when analysing text, you will be fine.
