Letter requires - Correct salutation i.e. Dear Sir/Madam. Yours faithfully. Date and Addresses to show understanding of structure.

Writing to inform (can show ability to persuade in language).

Short brief intro before body of why you are writing outlining the contents of letter

Body of about 3 paragraphs with different points e.g. Barriers for pavements, zebra crossing near school zones, speed limit. Can use facts (made up showing skill of informing and persuading).
