When can you use 'il fast' in French?

'Il faut' is an impersonal expression used to show necessity. In fact, it can be translated as 'it is necessary to'. As it is formed through the verb 'falloir', it has many different tenses. In case the speaker's aim is to highlight who the person that needs to do something is, it is better to use the verb 'devoir'.
