Universities are only interested in your academic ability and potential. They want to see that you are truly committed to the subject you want to study at university but also that you are passionate about something. You should say why you like the subject and what it has thought you and for the passion, include any of your extra-curricular activities for which you can prove have benefited you. It's often suggested to do 80% of your PS on your academic interests, abilities and achievements and the remaining 20% on any unrelated extracurricular activities or on why you really want to go to this univeristy in particular or even anything specific about you. Remember to mention what are your ambitions. It is important for a university to see that they will be able to form future high-ranked employees of top firms, ect.
