Motor neurone - carry info from the central nervous system to the effector cells

Sensory neurones - carry info from sensory receptors to the CNS

relay neurones - carry signals from one part of the CNS to another

CNS - consists of brain and spinal cord

PNS - consists of peripheral nerves
