I feel really nervous about time pressure in the exam, I don't think I'll finish

I used to struggle with this. The best way to get better at time management is to practice, practice, practice. A lot of exam practice isn't actually leanring the information, its exam technique. A few weeks before the exam when you know everything spend a while just practicing your speed - time yourself and if you really focus on it by the time the exam comes you will know your pace, and how far through the paper you should be at certain points. Hope this helps :)
