How should I structure an essay question in my Spanish exam?

I find it helpful drawing out a table/ columns to help structure my essay. If I have an hour to write an essay in an exam, I always allow myself 15 minutes to plan it with this method, and 45 minutes to write it. Sometimes it might be useful to write your whole essay out and once you've finished, then write the introduction so that it is based on everything you have written and gives the essay a solid, clear intro discussing your line of argument.
If your essay is arguing a point, it is good to have a mix of for and against (but make sure which ever side you want to argue has more content). Split the arguments and counter-arguments into columns so you can visualise the structure of your essay, making sure they are relevant to the question. It is even better if you throw in a statistic/ fact into your argument to show you know your stuff.
