This is something that will only come with practice, but trust me, it will come! The things that I find are best when learning a new language tend to be watching TV shows in the language (you can use English subtitles to start to make it easier), or listening to some music that you like. This will help you to get a gist of what things will sound like and will allow you to spend less time working out what has been said to you in a conversation. It's also good to sometimes try and repeat what is being said (for example on a TV show) as this will allow you, with time, to naturally just pronounce things as they're meant to be pronounced. But the main thing is just trying to practice speaking as much as you can, even if you're just talking to yourself, or other people from you class as practice does really make perfect here. The final big thing to remember is: it is totally okay to make mistakes. Not even fluent speakers are perfect, and you need to give it a go before you can get better, be confident!
