What should I include in my personal statement?

A personal statement needs to be unique and memorable but also show your passion for the subject. For medicine, you need to show you're a caring person and give specific examples of this, which is why work experience is so important. Don't worry if you can't get into a hospital for work experience - universities also like volunteering at care homes and at after school clubs.
