How can I tell if a question is asking me about Replication, Transcription, or Translation?

In replication, the main macromolecule in use is DNA, and the most important enzymes to this process are DNA Polymerase and DNA Helicase, so if no other macromolecule is mentioned and these two enzymes are then you're looking at replication. In transcription, both DNA and RNA are involved and the final product is mRNA and its enzymes are RNA polymerase so if RNA (with no preceding letter) and RNA polymerase and these two enzymes then the process is transcription. In translation, the key macromolecules you'll be looking for are mRNA and tRNA, amino acids as well as a ribosome as the key synthesis enzyme.
