Find dy/dx for y=5x^3−2x^2+7x−15

'Find dy/dx' means it wants us to differentiate. The rules for this are multiply the coefficient (number before x) by the current power, then decrease the power by 1.In this example:5x3 would become 15x2, -2x2 becomes -4x, 7x becomes 7 as the 7x becomes 7x0 and x0=1, and the 15 becomes 0 as it has no power being multiplied by.Therefore...dy/dx = 15x2 - 4x + 7
