Describe the process by which Tissue Fluid is formed

High Hydrostatic Pressure at the Arteriole end of the capillary.
This pushes water and other small molecules out of the capillary into the extra cellular space, whilst proteins stay in the capillary because they’re too large to leave.
the presence of proteins in the capillary reduces the water potential of the capillary.
at the venule end of the capillary, water moves into the capillary via osmosis, and any excess TF moves into the lymphatic system.
