How did you go about revising for the UKCAT?

We are often told that the UKCAT is not something you can necessarily revise for. This is partly true but it always helps to do as many practise questions as possible to help familiarise yourself with the layout of the examination and the time limits that you are set. There are past practise questions which can be found on the UKCAT website which allow you to go through each section with and without time constraints. This will allow you to learn how to effectively manage your time. There are also an abundance of books containing practise questions which you can purchase. For the section on quantitative reasoning, it may be useful to practice GCSE-style maths questions - looking specifically at fractions and percentages as these are mainly what we deal with in medical school and beyond (dose calculations).
