Name one benefit to companies that have a flat management structure.

One benefit that businesses have from having a flat management structure is that it is less likely to have communication issues. This is due to the reason that flat management structures normally have between 2-3 layers of hierarchy. Therefore, it is less likely for any miscommunication errors to happen which will then prevent the productivity of the business to be harmed.
