Name two secondary hazards of earthquakes (4)

Firstly, the aftermath of an earthquake can create an environment where disease spreads due to the close proximity of those gathered after losing homes (creates densely populated communities, especially in less developed nations). Another secondary hazard is a tsunami, where after plates converge (and the oceanic plate subducts the continental plate), water is forced up creating a powerful wave which grows higher as the water gets shallower.
