How does DNA replicate?

The first stage involves transcription within the nucleus, the gene of interest is unzipped from it's double helix by enzyme DNA helicase. once single stranded a piece of mRNA which is able to fit through the pores of the nucleus is recruited after manufacturing in the nucleolus, it has the enzyme RNA polymerase copy the DNA bases onto the RNA (of course replacing T with U). RNA exits to to the cytoplasm a vesicle will transport it the the golgi apparatus, this is able to translate the triplet bases (codons) into amino acids it is made into a protein from here
