What is the difference between a Eukaryotic and Prokaryotic cell?

Eukaryotic cells: bigger overall, chromosomes are linear and can be coiled round proteins for folding, larger ribosomes, they contain membrane bound organelles such as the nucleus, mitochondria, chlorolplasts, rough and smooth ER, golgi apparatus, lysosomes.Prokaryotic cells: smaller, only have one membrane (the cell surface membrane), plasmids, single circular chromosome, ATP production takes place on the cell surface membrane on the mesosomes, smaller ribosomes, can have flagella or pilli for movement.Features of both cells: both cells can have a cell wall although it is usually made of different monomers, both cells have a cell surface membrane, cytoplasm.
