Whilst this question is quite extract specific, you want to approach it in a broad way, using a method you can replicate for any extract/text. First, break down the question. Concerted with presentation of love, specifically marital love and the relationships within that and finally, a specific character - Petruchio. If you were to stop there, you would already have the structure for three key paragraphs. But at A Level the goal is to combine these various elements in each point you make. The broad statement doesn't seem to relate too strongly to the actual question - it is general, whilst the question is specific. Note that. Focus on the character, and then individual quotes that relate to marital love, a husbands role and how Petruchio is depicted by Shakespeare in the extract. Explain why he is given such a view, what Shakespeare might have been trying to do. This can be broken down by looking at the different authorial methods used, the play on genre in this text, as well as the nature of the scene itself, what significance it holds for the rest of the play. It is just an extract, remember that it is part of a broader text. And so you should make reference to that, to fulfill the different assessment objectives.
