i) Pick electrolyte (e.g. hydrochloric acid) - strong acid ii) Use same volume of electrolyte; Use same electrolyte throughout; iii) Cut same size strips; Connect wire to each metal; Connect to voltmeter; iv) Change sequential so all metals are tested with each other;
