What is agility? How would you test this?

Agility is defined as 'the ability to move and change direction quickly. (at speed) whilst maintaining control.The Illinois agility test is used to measure agility. It involves the participant starting in a face down lying position on the floor and once the timer starts they must run around a course of weaving cones as fast as they can.
