I see that you are doing Medicine as a Graduate student, do you regret your decision?

I absolutely do not regret my decision to go to medical school as a graduate student.

When you are a graduate, finances and familly life weigh a lot in your decision process. Plan how you are going to finance medical school in advance as you do not want the extra stress of money matters. There are bursaries available via the NHS and the University.

I recommend doing a lot of work experience in order to confirm that you like being in contact with patients and how fast-paced medicine is.

Going back to study after working for a couple of yours can be tough but you will have developped your learning style and usually be more organised and motivated to learn.

There will be other mature students on the course and medical students are generally quite mature so I would not worry about the age gap.

If medicine is your passion, go for it, the rest will work out as it should.
