When to use the subjunctive?

The subjunctive is used in any WEIRDO situation (wishes/desires, emotions, impersonal expressions, recommendations, doubt/denial and ojala) and often followed with or preceded by que. For example:
Wishes: Esperamos que tu HAGAS la comidaEmotions: Me alegro que ESTEIS bien Impersonal Expressions: Es necesario que ellos VAYAN al medico inmediatamente.Recommendations: Quiero que el PREPARA la maleta cuidadosamente Doubts: Dudamos que TENGA la respuesta correctaOjala: Ojala que RECUERDE nuestra cita
