I'm unsure how to structure my essay, which way is the best?

So, the main body of your essay should be made of: A key introduction (mentioning the points you are going to answer and your overall answer to the question), 2-4 points and a conclusion (linking back to the question and stating your final judgement).During the "Points" paragraphs you could follow the structure PAEJ, meaning Point, Analysis, Evaluation and Judgement. For example, if the question was "Deflation is always bad. To what extent do you agree?" one of your points could be:I do not believe deflation is necessarily always bad in the economy as it could be an effect of technological progress, then in analysis you would state how technological progress causes deflation (so drawing a graph with the LRAS moving to the right would be very effective in doing so), in your evaluation you could explain that if demand never increases then the economy would continuously be operating in a negative output gap (and draw the graph showing no shifts in demand but supply shifting several times). Your final judgement could be that overall deflation is not necessarily bad as long as the period of time it lasts for is not too long. Keeping the structure really helps examiners clearly see where you are scoring the different kinds of marks!
