The pancrease secretes protease enzymes. How do organelles within a cell work together to PRODUCE and RELEASE these protein molecules from the cell?

The nucleus contains the gene that codes for the enzyme and is where transcription happens to produce mRNA . The mRNA leaves the nucleus and attaches to a ribosome on the rough endoplasmic reticulum. The ribosome is where translation occurs as the mRNA is used to assemble a chain of amino acids, thus the mRNA is translated into a protein which in this case is an enzyme. The protein is then transported to the Golgi apparatus via a vesicle. The Golgi apparatus modifies and repackages the protein. The packaged protein leaves the Golgi apparatus via a vesicle which pinches off. The vesicle containing the packaged protein (enzyme) then fuses with the cell surface membrane and the enzyme is released.
