Find the inverse of the function f(x) =2x-7.

Step 1) Replace f(x) with y: y= 2x - 7
Step 2) Switch around the x and y values: x = 2y - 7
Step 3) Solve to find y by itself: x = 2y - 7 x +7 =2y (x+7)/2 = y
Step 4) Replace y with the f(x) notation for the inverse function: f^-1(x) = (x+7)/2😁
