Describe how someone with breast cancer could go on to develop lung cancer (3 marks)

If the cancer is malignant, then the cancerous cells could spread via the bloodstream to the lung where a secondary tumor could develop. Lifestyle choices such as smoking that caused the breast cancer could also be what cause lung cancer to develop.
