Describe the military terms of the Treaty of Versailles:

The Treaty of Versailles was the peace deal the followed the Great War, signed by the Allies and Germany in 1919. It laid down many stipulations for peace, especially in regard to Germany's military. The Treaty forced Germany into having no more than 100,000 men in her army, abolishing conscription (forced service), and sanctions were placed on the building of tanks. Furthermore, Germany was allowed only six battleships, and some other small ships in her Navy. Importantly, Germany was also to remove her soldiers from the Rhineland, and was not to develop an air force.
