Explain one economic push factor relating to voluntary migration

Individuals living an area lacking of employment opportunities may cause people to migrate looking for better work opportunities. If changing locations could drastically improve wages and work conditions, this would result in a higher quality of life for the worker and their family. Financial insecurity and hardship can also have psychological effects that would drive people/families to take the risk of moving (often to a more urban area).
