Animal CellsCell membrane - Made up of lipids and proteins and allows for passive diffusion into the cell. Cytoplasm - Contains cytosol & cell organelles. Nucleus - Controls the activities of the cell. Mitochondria - Produce ATP for the cell's energy. Plant CellsAll of the above plus: Cell Wall - Provides structure to the cell. Vacuole - Contains cell sap. Chloroplasts - Contain chlorophyl and where photosynthesis is carried out.
