How can I get better at Mathematics? I am struggling with confidence and achieving low grades.

This is a really common situation so firstly, don't panic! Everyone can do well in mathematics with proper practice and you are certainly no exception. Here's my advice:Set a regular practice time, try and install a habit by practicing a little bit of maths every day Set goals for yourself, (make sure they are specific, measureable, attainable, relevant and timely). Track your progress, and reward yourself as you achieve milestones towards your goals. For example, if you are struggling with your times tables, try practicing one set of numbers each day for 12 days in 15 minute daily sessions. After 12 days, record yourself reciting the full set of times tables and repeat the process for the next 15 days. You should begin to see significant progress between each of these recordings which can be used to provide evidence you are improving. Within no time, you'll be a times table wizz!
