Find the value of x that satisfies the following equation: (3x + 2)/2 = 6x + 4

Step 1: Eliminate fractions => Multiply everything by 23x + 2 = 12x + 8 Step 2: Collect like-terms with all of the xs on one side => 9x = -6 Step 3: Divide through to find the answer in terms of x => x = -2/3
