How should I structure my Business Studies exam answers? Could I get an example please?

Example Question: Evaluate the importance of a SWOT analysis for Apple (8 marks)Recommended structure:-Define: A SWOT analysis is carried out by the business to identify internal Strengths and Weaknesses, and also external Opportunities and Threats. This analysis allows the business to better understand the inner workings of the organisation, as well as external factors that may have an impact on the organisation.-How is it important?: One way in which a SWOT analysis would be important to Apple would be that it allows them to identify external opportunities within the market. For example, they could identify that a large competitor, such as Samsung, currently do not sell a mobile phone with face identification. This therefore may mean that Apple could gain a competitive advantage should they adopt this feature, as it may act as their USP. However...-How is it not so important?: It can also be argued that a SWOT may not be so valuable to a large well established company like Apple. A SWOT analysis is usually utilised by start up businesses looking for a way to differentiate themselves from the rest of the market. As Apple already have a large market share, it is unlikely they would need to do this. Apple may find something like a PESTLE analysis more useful, as they are then able to identify all external elements that can have an impact on any organisation, no matter how well established.-General tips:-quote something from the text to really prove your understanding and ensure you're staying on track.-make sure you give a balanced argument.-keep an eye on the time, sticking to roughly 1 mark per minute.
