• Ovulation stimulated by hormones at spec dose to cause follicles to develop simultaneously• Oocytes collected from female using tube inserted through vagina into oviducts - ultrasound used; semen collected and placed in nutrient solution• 100,000 sperm added to each oocyte on separate dishes/DNA injected into oocyte• 3 days later - examination for fertilisation; 2 implanted
