(e*sqrt(e))/cuberoot(e^2)=e^k find k

This an indices question. What you need to do is simplify the left hand side so that you have e to some power and that will give you k. You can start with the rule that square roots and cube roots are 1/the number of that root when written as powers. So you get:e*e1/2/e2/3= ekThen you use the rule that when multiplying, you add the powers, where e is just e1. So you get:e3/2/e2/3= ekThen using the rule that when dividing, you subtract the powers.3/2-2/3 = 5/6So you get:e5/6= ekk=5/6I can explain each of the rules further, to show how you can remember them more easily as well.
