What experience do you have of working in with healthcare professionals

Medical schools love it if you have work experience in a hospital, a GP and regular voluntary work (care home etc). In order to sort these out, email people with your CV and a cover letter and they will likely be happy to have you. Do not worry if you don't have any direct links to them, from my experience the doctors were all very happy to help me and provide me with experience. During the work experience, create a diary explaining your feelings and details about what happened in the day. This will be so useful when writing your personal statement and in interview. [I can provide my diary and go through it with the student to give examples of the kind of thing I wrote]
