How do I structure a good 15-marker Latin Literature answer?

Firstly, I would recommend that you split your plan into 2 columns: stylistic devices and themes. Engage with the general themes of the piece first. What stands out to you? What is particularly poignant about this passage? Are there any key structural points in the passage that can inform one of the piece of Literature as a whole or anticipate anything about this passage? Section off these themes so that you have about 3 themes total. Then, I would analyse the stylistic devices to support your overall themes that you have chosen. Choose maybe 3 stylistic devices for each theme that you have. Quote the Latin that you are referencing from and translate it to show the examiner that you know the passage well. Make sure that you comment about the effect that these devices can have on the reader and how it can change or alter the readers' overall view of the themes explored in the passage.

Thus, X author makes this a vivid piece of writing by describing in brute detail the deaths resultant from war; ultimately scorning warfare to their reader. Furthermore, X authors use of alliteration may further demonstrate the effect of war because.....(repeat these mini-paragraphs about 8 times linking either to one overall theme encompassing the entire piece or a maximum of 3 sub-themes)
