Expand and simplify x(x+4)(x-5)

Apply FOIL (First, outside, inside, last): (x + 4)(x - 5) = x2 - 5x + 4x -20 = x2 - x -20 x(x + 4)(x - 5) = x( x2 - x -20 ) = x3 - x2- 20x
