How would you differentiate between the hypotenuse, opposite and the adjacent in a triangle?

Firstly, in a right angled triangle, the side opposite the right angle is always the hypotenuse which is the longest side in a right angle triangle. Secondly, the side opposite the given angle is your opposite side. Lastly, the adjacent is the non hypotenuse side that is next to the given angle. Usually, its easier to find the hypotenuse and the opposite first and then the remaining side is your adjacent.
