How do you cope with stress?

Firstly, I find its really important to recognise when I am feeling stressed and not to ignore it. It is easy to become fixated on the stressful situation and forget about caring for yourself. When I know i'm feeling stressed i like to spend time with my friends and family and talk over my problems. They are often able to see the situation from a different perspective and offer really helpful advice or just reassure me. I also make sure i don't stop my regular exercise and team spots as being active improves my mood, my sleep and also clears my mind and gives me more energy.
