How should I demonstrate team work?

Draw on examples where you have worked with others in any setting you can think of. This can be informal such as group work at school, clubs or positions of responsibility at school, playing a team sport or observing others working in teams. This can also be more formal for example during your Duke of Edinburgh's Award, if you have any voluntary or paid positions such as employment where you are part of a team.
