Solve the simultaneous equations; 3x + 2y = 11 x -4y = 13

Rearrange to get either y or x as the subject of the equation and then solve the equation by doing this. This is called eliminating one variable (x or y) substitute the found value into either equation stated above. This should give your second/final solution.
